Listen provides services to many clients who also qualify for public programs and assistance. When a client comes to Listen, counselors assess the need and make appropriate referrals for additional services from the town, state or federal government. Listen counselors assist clients with the application process and in some cases, facilitate a meeting with a representative from an agency. |
