Community Dinners
Five nights a week, anyone in the Upper Valley can come to LISTEN’s dinner hall in White River Junction, VT and receive a free meal. All are welcome!
Food Pantry
LISTEN’s Food pantry in Lebanon is open on weekdays and walk-ins are welcome. We provide 1-2 weeks of groceries each month to anyone in our service area.
Housing and Heating Assistance
LISTEN provides housing and heating assistance for individuals in need of heat or rental assistance.
Housing Helpers
LISTEN’s Housing Helpers program provides grants to prevent our Upper Valley neighbors from falling into financial crisis and homelessness.
Heating Helpers
Winter is long and cold and our community needs heat. LISTEN Community Services can help pay for fuel and prevent utility disconnection.
Clothes and Home Goods
There are many people who find themselves in a position of being in need of clothes and home goods. LISTEN is here to help everyone in need.
LISTEN Thrift Stores
We help you to save money! Our three thrift stores provide affordable, second-hand items at discounted prices. We also offer many “sale days” each week, and organize several seasonal and holiday sales.
Thrift Store Vouchers
If you need assistance purchasing clothing, furniture or other household items at LISTEN’s stores, please contact a service coordinator to discuss your needs. We are here to help you.
